Areas of Expertise
- Trust and estate planning
- Elder law
Katrina has an undeniably impressive background in trust and estate planning. Beginning in 2001, she homed in on this area and established herself as one of the best in the industry. Since then, Katrina has prided herself on her work regarding foundational estate planning, revocable living trusts, trust funding, trust administration, trust litigation, trust decanting, business planning, estate administration, estate litigation, and guardianships, particularly with middle- to high-net-worth estates.
Most recently, Katrina has gone above and beyond for over 200 of her clients with revocable trusts that were created or amended before 2012. She took this task on, knowing the challenges, and was able to update all of them to take advantage of the most current opportunities within the laws.
Even as she has excelled in estate and trust planning, Katrina has found time to master elder law and ethics, teaching a college-level course in it for four years.
