Keith Kelsey

Keith Kelsey’s interest in pursuing a career as a trust and estates lawyer was triggered at an early age when, after losing both parents early, he experienced firsthand all the difficulties that are involved in handling a loved one’s estate. Through this experience, Keith is able to relate to the struggles and the feeling of hopelessness that many clients experience while tying to handle a loved one’s estate without an experienced attorney. It was this hopeless feeling that fueled his passion for trust and estate law. Even before completing his law degree, Keith built on his early interest in the field by working as a paralegal, assisting probate, wills and trusts clients achieve their goals and objectives, and thereby gain significant legal experience in the process.

Keith’s experience includes providing estate planning assistance for all types of clients with varied family backgrounds and needs, and with all sizes of estates, from those with very modest assets to multi-million dollar estates. No matter the size of the estate, however, Keith strives to ensure that his clients achieve their immediate as well as long-term goals, while at the same time, preserve their personal legacy for generations to come, knowing that the legacy a person leaves behind is more valuable than any asset a person may possess.

In addition to preventing unexpected problems through proper estate planning, Keith has extensive experience in assisting clients in probate, guardianship, and conservatorship matters. In his practice, Keith makes every effort to provide a beacon of confidence, knowledge, and understanding in order to guide and comfort his clients through difficult times.

While the stress of losing a loved one cannot be understated, having a knowledgeable and compassionate attorney to counsel and guide clients through the legal process is an attribute that Keith gladly provides to every one of his clients.
